Prior to purchasing the DizzyFIX I would wake up most mornings in terror because the room was spinning and I couldn’t focus. My vertigo was actually what woke me from a sound sleep. I learned several not-so-comfortable tricks (sleeping sitting up, sleeping with one foot on the floor) but I wasn’t getting good sleep with these methods and would ultimately end up in my usual sleeping position and then the vertigo would jolt me awake.
