Although BPPV may be correctly identified and treated by this device, the use of this device does not rule out other pathology. Customers experiencing other symptoms not described in this manual may have another underlying disease process. If this is the case you should seek medical attention.

Customers who have limited motion of the neck should consult with their physician before performing this maneuver. The particle repositioning manoeuver should always be performed with care and in the presence of another person.

User assumes all risk of injury. Clearwater Clinical Ltd. is not responsible for loss or injury either related to use of the DizzyFIX device or other conditions suffered by the user.

Guarantee and Return Policy

The DizzyFIX (device only) comes with a 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the device please return it to the original place of purchase in its original packaging with the original receipt. Only items purchased from this website can be returned to the address below.

In the case of a device purchased from this website, assuming it is in resellable condition, you will receive a full refund minus a warehouse restocking fee of 20% of the base price. Shipping and Handling are not refundable.

Warantee

Clearwater Clinical is proud to provide a limited 1 year warranty period on manufacturing and workmanship defects. This excludes damage through misuse or mistreatment or any other causes of device failure except manufacturing and workmanship defects. The DizzyFIX should not be exposed to temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius as this may results in damage to the device and voids the warranty. The device should not be opened or modified. The warrantor will, at its discretion, provide you with a replacement or refurbished device, at no cost, once the original device is returned within the 1 year warranty period with the original receipt. This warranty applies to the original owner only. No other express or implied warranties exist except as listed above. Customers must contact Clearwater Clinical Limited prior to returning goods to obtain and authorization number
