The DizzyFIX is available worldwide from this website, but cannot currently ship to the USA.
If you are in Canada, you can also purchase through many pharmacies with a 1 or 2 business day arrival time.  Print out this document and give it to the pharmacist.

Attention USA customers:

The DizzyFIX is on schedule to be available for sale in the USA in late 2008. A prescription will be required by your family doctor or primary health care provider (a specialist is not required). Please download a pre-written prescription by clicking here. Once the DizzyFIX is available, please take your prescription to your pharmacist. If you fill out just the first page of our order form we will be able to email you as soon as the DizzyFIX is available to purchase in the USA.

Shipping Information and charges:

Within Canada, shipping takes 2 to 4 business days. 5% GST will be added and PST (where applicable) may be due upon delivery. Shipments outside of Canada will take from 6 to 30 days depending on distance and may be subject to import duties and/or taxes upon receipt. You will see the shipping cost added to your purchase price upon entering your information when ordering. The quoted shipping cost is valid only for a single item purchase. For additional quantities, you will be contacted to authorize the additional shipping cost.
