Guarantee and Return Policy
The DizzyFIX (device only) comes with a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the device please return it to the original place of purchase in its original packaging with the original receipt. Only items purchased from this website can be returned to the address below. Items purchased via a distributor or retailer must be returned to the distributor or retailer.
In the case of a device purchased from this website, assuming it is in resalable condition, you will receive a full refund minus actual Shipping and Handling (which will be MORE than the subsidised flat rates of $0, $10 or $25 that are quoted in the shopping cart) and a 15% warehouse restocking fee. Refund = (Amount paid - S&H) * 0.85
Before returning your DizzyFIX, please email us for an RMA number. If you have a suggestion for how we can improve our product or service, please also include that in your email.

Clearwater Clinical is proud to provide a limited 1-year warranty period on manufacturing and workmanship defects. This excludes damage through misuse or mistreatment or any other causes of device failure except manufacturing and workmanship defects. The DizzyFIX should not be exposed to temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius as this may results in damage to the device and voids the warranty. The device should not be opened or modified. The warrantor will, at its discretion, provide you with a replacement or refurbished device, at no cost, once the original device is returned within the 1-year warranty period with the original receipt. This warranty applies to the original owner only. No other express or implied warranties exist except as listed above. Customers must contact Clearwater Clinical Limited prior to returning goods to obtain an authorization number.
